What is there to see in London?

My London weekend with Julie from Thursday to Monday:

My family is scattered all over London. We stayed this time at my cousins place near Chiswick Park (District Line), which is located south/west of London. I have never lived in or around London so my knowledge of London is limited to 8 – 10 weekend trips. That weekend the sun was shining so it was nice to go through Hyde Park, and looking at the huge buildings of government in Whitehall. We also so the pulsating street markets, the same day (and the sky changed) we also so the London Eye. Really great to see the whole of the city spread out before you. From the view also picked out famous landmarks from a very unfamiliar perspective.

The next day we concentrated on Tower of London and later we ended up with cruise on the Thames. The following day we bought a one day bus-pass, from the bus we so London Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral etc. We also made it to Madame Tussauds Museum that day after 2 hours of queue. I believe that the Natural History and the Science Museums - they are all truly worth a visit - but we didn’t have the time.
There are lots of good places to eat in this area of London. We tried some of local café.

On our last day we went out shopping clothes. Harrods is to “spicy” so we ended up at Primark which really has lot of bargains.
